About this Bed & Breakfast Accommodation - Nether Dallachy Farmhouse
Nether Dallachy Farmhouse was built in 1902, as a farm estate house on an area of land rented by tenant farmers from the Seafield Estate, which runs from Peterhead in the East through to Granton on Spey in the West.
It was bought in early 2013 having laid vacant for several years, and now has 2 guest bedrooms available. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, welcome folder and reading material.
The rooms downstairs are decorated and furnished to a high standard of comfort, and whilst the bedrooms upstairs still show their original floorboards they are painted and covered by carpets. The rooms are supplied with electric heaters.
A selection of books is available for guest use and the atmosphere of the house is that of a traditional Scottish home. There is off road parking for our guests and free WiFi internet access in all rooms.
Breakfast is served in the dining room beside our Kitchen. Start the day with a choice of fruit juices, with cereals or porridge, fresh fruit and yoghurt followed by a traditional Scottish breakfast cooked to order, with tea and coffee. Speciality and decaffeinated teas are usually available. Vegetarian and gluten free requests are most welcome, but please advise of your requirements and any food allegies when booking, and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. View our breakfast menu.
There is a comfortable guest lounge for you to enjoy, whether to meet up with other guests, to relax with a book or maybe a glass of wine. There is a folder of sample menus from restaurants in the local area for you to browse before you go to dine in the evening. Please note - most local places close at about 7:30pm !!
